We work with an architect office as business partner and an engineer office established in NL and Suriname. Their core business is architecture, landscaping, urbanism, engineering.
We have quite some experience in initiating projects and develop it to full scale execution with investors and local partners.

Growing the company to Suriname and India
With Col Ratnesh Sinha from India and Pratik Sharma from Dubai we are able to grow the company to other countries with bigger projects. In this way our business development skills are becoming stronger and the company is growing.
The company is already established in Suriname with the basis consulting and guiding activities. There is a team in place executing the office work and bringing new clients.
Now we have new projects in the starting phase in Suriname-Nickerie (eco-tourism and rice-cultivation, solar-park) with hotel and other activities. We have big projects in India (office in New Delhi) Himachal Pradesh. Further in this plan we describe a summary of the projects in Suriname and India.
Personal perception and skills of the founder
YNG & YR PRTNR business development+control consists of its founder, owner and director Doednath Bisesar with a master degree in business administration with the management and accounting program (50 years), with more than 20 years of working experience in the office and field.
I am a business developer with a lot of experience in business management, coaching, accounting and tax matters. I am gifted and a HSP. My state of mind gives me a broad insight with a lot of knowledge and experience. I already have several companies and projects in which I have made a strong and healthy contribution, as well as in devising and developing a quantum theory about the origin of life, in which I describe 15 billion years about life. I will use my skills to help with the growth and goals of the company.
My focus is on supporting, improving an growing companies, in departments such as Finance & Control, Tax advice and planning (VAT (OB), IB, LB, VPB), Project Administration, Planning and Control, Business Control, Business development, Management.I have been doing this for more than 25 years now at various Dutch companies. The last year I worked as a Business Controller at 2 architect firms in Rotterdam and before that as Business/Project Controller at Vopak Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Europoort. Meanwhile, I have acquired a small company in healthcare and I have developed a few big projects to implement in various countries outside the Netherlands to provide primary needs and economic growth within that country. I have a lot of experience with Data Management (statistics/ data analysis). Using models such as SMART, LEAN, IFRS, Excel, SCRUM. I am highly analytical (gifted).
I bring focus and peace. I have a practical proactive attitude. In stressful situations I don't let myself easily be discouraged and I like to go for the extra mile to keep everything in control. I like to work with a team, but independent performing is no problem for me.
I talk to people about their behaviour and procedures and I know how to motivate and stimulate people to keep up as agreed.
I am open and transparent - also to the team, client and other stakeholders about the progress, status and realization, which people involved do like very much. I inspire the team, by creating a safe environment where is space for creativity, ideas and innovation.
